Biography

Faisal Hamadi is Vice President Value Creation Systems Office leading the company's business systems and tools focused on lean, growth and strategy advancement.

Faisal joins Kennametal from Eaton Corporation where he has 17 years of experience in progressively larger roles including but not limited to Finance Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager. He has a practical approach in using and improving business systems and tools, and most recently served as the General Manager of a $600M business.

Faisal holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State and a master's in finance from Johns Hopkins University.
