Judith L. Bacchus
Judith L. Bacchus is vice president and chief administrative officer of Kennametal Inc. In this position, Judith oversees all human resources, and environmental, health and safety (EHS) activities globally spanning nearly 40 countries. She also leads the company's internal and external corporate communications function worldwide.
Judith joined Kennametal in April 2006. Prior to her current role, she served as vice president human resources for Kennametal’s shared services, growth and segment functions and also led the global talent acquisition team. Before joining Kennametal, Judith was human resources generalist - North America for the Marconi Corporation. She has more than 25 years of experience as a human resource professional.
Judith holds a bachelor of science degree in administration and management from LaRoche College in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Universal Stainless and Alloy Products, Inc.
